Judiciary Home

The Rhode Island Judiciary remains  unfaltering in our belief  that there is nothing more
central  to equal justice than making it accessible to everyone – regardless of race, gender,
ethnicity or economic status.  We believe that it is our responsibility to demystify the judicial  process, to teach the blood-tried principles of our constitution, and to tutor our community of children about their legal system.

With these goals and responsibilities in mind, we are not content to simply dispense justice from behind the bench.  Through a multitude of innovative initiates, we are reaching out into our communities to educate and inform, to talk and to listen, to rebuild public trust and confidence in our legal system.

We invite you to explore this website to discover more information about what the Rhode Island Judiciary is doing on the web, on the airwaves, and in your cities and towns.
